Summary
Takamura is nowhere to be found in the hall of the venue, as right after the match, he went off on his own without Kamogawa noticing. In the waiting room, Kamogawa tells Ippo that he has a lot to say, but since Takamura is gone and he is tired, he is dismissed, ordering him to go home and rest. Walking away from the venue, Ippo tells Itagaki how his scolding from Kamogawa only got delayed since he is sure Kamogawa knows what was going through his mind during the match, thinking that he messed up this time. Itagaki was satisfied that Kojima got beaten with one punch due to all the trash talking he did, however, Aoki isn't satisfied with one punch, planing to beat him up the next time he sees him. At the Mayweather Bar, Date, Mashiba, Kumi, Okita, Saeki, and Sendō sits at a table to talk. After a few drinks, Date and Sendō get into a disagreement about him defeating Ricardo. Mashiba adds his thoughts about it, which makes the the atmosphere more tense. Kumi tries to play peacemaker between them, since she is worried there would be trouble if she didn't come along. Mashiba and Sendō started to get into it, while Saeki tried to help her calm things down. Date asks them why they were angry, but then adds he knows it is because of Takamura. He criticised Takamura's match and his poor performance in it. Date thinks Sendō might be disappointed with it after coming from Osaka for it. Sendō agrees. Okita, Saeki, Mashiba and Kumi decides to complain about Takamura in order to lighten the mood. After Mashiba mentions Takamura's panda outfit, Kumi was about to agree with him when she notices it at the bar. They then all notices Takamura sitting there with it. Takamura gets up and acts like he is leaving, but he blocks the entrance instead so that they have no where to run.
